An expert in real estate finance, Larry comes to us from Minnesota by way of many years in Tucson. With a diverse background that includes portfolio management for several major financial services firms, he offers his clients deep experience and knowledge of Mexican real estate. Larry is one of our most senior investment specialists, and was recently awarded for being our communities top-producing real estate agent in 2006. He earned this coveted distinction by generating the greatest sales volume of any agent in our market. He has many interests outside real estate, one of which is general aviation -- he was once the CEO of Venture Light Aircraft Resources, a Tucson-based aircraft manufacturer who FAA-certified the Thorp T-211 experimental aircraft! He is also a highly experienced sailor having -- among other sailing accomplishments -- participated in the Newport-Ensenada race on numerous occasions. Dona is a new member of our Coldwell Banker Team and most recently resided in Tucson. Dona and her husband Clint have owned property in Puerto Peñasco since 1999 and are once again living in their Mirador townhouse. In 2005, Dona initiated the Larry D. Large Foundation's Turkey Trot and has been an active volunteer with this event as well as other fundraising activities. During many years as a Delaware resident, she had a career primarily providing administrative services to nonprofits. In 1998 she established ORG Plus a consulting firm for nonprofits and entrepreneurial businesses and brought that business to Tucson.

Born in Kiowa, Kansas, and raised in Phoenix, Monroe and his wife Maria are full-time residents and homeowners in Rocky Point. A Navy veteran, Monroe attended Phoenix College after his service, and spent 45 years in the commercial painting business in Arizona. For several years, he held an Arizona real estate license, enjoying his involvement with the industry and purchasing and developing a number of properties. Monroe's interest in Rocky Point began over 20 years ago, and he is a deep believer in the opportunities Mexico offers the investor and business person. Morley and his wife, Kim West, have been coming to and enjoying Puerto Penasco since 2000. That same year they bought their first property, a beautiful home on the top of Whale Hill. Since then they have bought 3 condos on Sandy Beach, a house in town and a beach front condo in San Carlos. In 2004 Morley received his Arizona real estate license and received his Sonora, Mx real estate license in 2007. In August, 2006 he moved to Penasco from Scottsdale to sell real estate. Morley has developed a specialty in the selling and buying of condos on Sandy Beach and is very knowledgeable about the general real estate market in Penasco. He also understands the short and long term rental markets and which properties will generate the greatest return on investment.
