Jonni Francis is a veteran agent and broker with over 30 years of real estate experience with some of the most successful brokerages and developers in Nevada, California, Arizona and Sonora. Her first experience of Rocky Point was in 1986 and the tranquil, secluded port captured her heart. During the 1990’s, she frequently visited Rocky Port and fell in love with its unspoiled beaches and the wonderful convenience to Phoenix while working with Coldwell Banker Tempe-Ahwatukee.
Taking the plunge in 1999 Jonni moved to Rocky Point and naturally chose Coldwell Banker as her real estate partner; thereby, continuing her long association with the firm and her life-long dedication to quality real estate and business practice.
Jonni expresses unwavering commitment to the security of her client's investments, and is a visionary leader of the movement to improve the overall security of American investment in greater Rocky Point.
Jonni has been deeply involved with Rocky Point's real estate community for nearly two decades.

Jonni is a long-time member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), was awarded the CRB Designation conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, and is licensed in the States of Arizona, California and Sonora.
