Jonni is a veteran of over 20 years in real estate, having been involved with some of the most successful brokerages, developers, and developments in Nevada, California, and Arizona. Her first experience of Rocky Point was in 1986, and it was that tranquil vision of this secluded port that captured her heart. While with Coldwell Banker Tempe-Ahwatukee in the late 90's she frequently visited Rocky Point, and fell in love with its unspoiled beaches and the fantastic convenience of being under four hours from Phoenix. Jonni moved to Rocky Point in 1999 and, in choosing Coldwell Banker, has continued her long association with the firm and life-long commitment to quality.

Jonni is deeply involved with Rocky Point's real estate community. She was the original advocate for, and driving force behind the creation of the Puerto Peñasco Assocation of Real Estate Agents (PPAREA), and her public and proactive stands on cooperation between real estate brokerages and the importance of ethical conduct to Rocky Point's real estate industry are widely acknowledged, and appreciated.
